  • The early spring market has started with inventory increasing slightly.
  • According to the Olshan report, we saw for the fourth consecutive week an increased number of contracts signed, including more than 31 contracts signed above $4 Million.
  • These are indications that the real estate market is stabilizing with a return to seasonal activity.
